Where free shipping is noted, it is free in the continental US only.   All other orders will receive a shipping quote after the order is placed.  If the quote is not accepted, a full refund will be issued.  Shipping in the U.S. will usually be via USPS, and in most cases will be sent 2-5 day service.  I'm my only employee so I'll do my best to ship your products out as soon as possible.  Where noted, items are custom made and will be shipped when completed, made specially for you.  Thanks for your understanding.   (and keep in mind, you're not ordering from the Restoration Hardware catalog :-)

There are no returns or refunds.  Exchanges will be made on damaged items only. Damage is defined as more than a flaw or blemish or prevents the item's intended use.  Exchanges will be of the same product only.  If the item is no longer available, a similarly valued item will be sent at buyer's expense for the exchange.
